Starting from the high-precision tracking of shopping carts and baskets (with sub-meter accuracy), RetailerIN analyses how customers move inside a grocery store and interact with products.
The information is processed, using cutting-edge big data tools and proprietary methods, to extract relevant indicators and objective metrics on in- store customer behavior, including footfall levels, flows, movement patterns, dwell time, POS integration and queue analytics. These indicators and metrics are then used to build visual analytics dashboards for category managers, marketing departments and also store managers, helping them to optimize product placements, to measure the effectiveness of store layouts and to improve staff management.
